Wrong Treatment at Doctor Sunita Lalwani's Hospital:
1. During C-Section, Incision done on part with pubic hair causing issues for recovery and in day to day life
2. Infection caused due to non removal of complete thread while removing stitches, which lead to increase in puss and pain in stitches area... Also tremendous pain was caused while removing stitches, since thread was not coming out easily and was pulled with pressure by Doctor Rushikesh and Doctor Khairnar..... May be this was due to removing stitches by doctor before healing of wound....
3. Even after follow-up visits were done at Siddhant hospital for severe pain in stitches and secretion of puss, wrong diagnosis was done by doctors and incorrect treatment was given with a new date for dressing follow-up everytime....
4. I had informed doctors of having pin point feeling and pain in area where thread was left, still no proper treatment was done and checks were not done for presence of left out thread....
5. On consulting with Doctor at other hospital, the remaing suture was found causing pain and puss, which was removed on diagnosis by Doctor Ranade.
6. However, due to medical negligence at Siddhant Hospital by Doctor Sunita Lalwani and her team doctors, during carrying out C-Section and during post-operative treatment, now a Cyst with collapsed/healed sinus has been diagnosed, which again needs to be treated by operation.
All this suffering has been caused to my health merely due to medical negligence and wrong diagnosis and treatment at Doctor Lalwani's hospital.
Hence, I request to take appropriate action in this case.
