Hello,
I have been a registered patient since 28th jan 2020 in baner clinic, Pune, Maharashtra. But I have not received proper treatment yet. The receptionist always provides false information to us. Many time I went to the clinic he said I will get my medicines via courier but never received it. Also, when I call for appointment, he doesn't give it he always says that you will get a call and I never get any call. He has just taken huge amount of money. Is this how treatment is provided in dr batra clinics? By taking large amount of money and then not responding to the patients?
Kindly provide me witj proper treatment else refund my amount.
