THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE FOR BUYING AN INSURANCE .Detail of the case is as below
1. I did payment of Rs.3990 on 23rd Jan for Medi claim policy.It was being told to me that after 1 day of payment your Kit would be dispatched and you will receive that kit within 5-6 working days after payment being made. I was being told that my mediclaim policy and Kit would include following benefits :
a. BP monitoring machine
b. 2 Free check up coupons
c. Worth Rs. 4000 coupon of Patanjali products
d. Invoice copy etc.
2. After waiting for 7 days I called on 31th Jan I was being told that your Kit has been dispatched on 30th jan and would be delivered by 2nd Feb. Again I called on 3rd Feb then they give me a doc. No of DTDC – Z 80133049 saying that your kit has been delivered on 2nd Feb itself .While I checked this doc no it was delivered in Bahadurgarh though my address is of Gurgaon.
3. Same way I being followed up for next 3 days but didn’t get good response .On 7th again they said we dispatched your kit again and it will be delivered to you by 9th Feb.When I followed up on 10th then they said that we got the kit back and Courier partner is saying that we don’t have delivery in MY residential area.
4. In between this I talked to 3-4 folks in SARS office but I got the same answer to wait for 2-3 days and even after requesting for many times to mail me the invoice copy they even didn’t give any response.
I Still didn’t get my Policy Doc and KIT yet. So you are requested to look in to this matter and resolve at the earliest .I am also expecting the compensation for the delay .Hope to get the positive response this time . Detail of the folks to whom all this conversation is held as given below

Dear Sir/Mam Help Us
My Brother has purchased a health care product from "Sars Solutions" powered by Sars health in the month of Jan 2016 in the name of "Dilip Kumar" towards which I have paid a sum of Rs.5990 through Credit card(payu money). My Payment ID: 90641948.Through this plan he got some coupons of diagonsis centre. Whenever he wanted to claim that coupons they provide a date of about a week ahead.On the prescribed date no one comes for sample collection and when he ask them for the reasons they say "no response from customers".But when he checked his call records no call has been done from the company, after that they gave us 2 weeks ahead appointment which was again a failure i.e no one comes for sample collection. There are 3 Phone Numbers provided on the bill but only 1 works sometimes and other two are invalid Numbers.The Numbers which works are picked up after 5-10 calls.But answer they give are not satisfactory.Over all I haven't got any of the services till date that I have claimed for.

Dear Concern,
I (Anand Prakash #9818140801) Had purchased a bronze plan policy amounting Rs.3990/- from sars health care in August 2015. Invoice No.-9461 Sars Id-SARS1516 which includes Accidental claim policy and reimbursable doctor’s consultation voucher for Rs.3000/-, But I didn't receive the policy cover note with kit. When I asked for the cover note they said that will have delivered after 45 days. i mailed them and wait till completion of 45 days but after 50 days when i did not receive the cover note I asked again they said it was dispatched and will reach by next 15 days. But again I did not receive the same. I mailed many times for the same and not get any response on mail. After calling regularly I manage to connect with customer service of Sar Health but now what they said was unbelievable they said there was no such kind of Accidental policy was there in my plan and we will scrutinise the case and take action on concerned employee and revert you back in the month of March-2016 and till now no call or mail received by me from their side. I also send the doctors consultation voucher for reimbursement with bill on mail but neither any revert nor the amount received by me. I have mailed number of time but no single mail was reverted by them. Now they also not taking my calls. It was really a bad experience which harass me lot. I want my money back and take legal action against Sars Health Care Please take necessary action and resolve the issue.

It is advised to all please don't purchase these product from SARS health company. They are fraud .
