This is with deep regret that I am writing this mail.I had been your customer at Ylg Arekere branch from last 7-8 years.
I had book an appointment for hair cut at 6 pm.Due to unavoidable circumstances and huge traffic, i was able to reach the salon only by 6.40 pm. I was seeking for appointment last weekend only, but due to unavailability i was given appointment for Friday which was really difficult for me to manage, it being a week day.I still tried to manage and was there.
But to my huge disappointment, i was denied service after reaching the salon because I was late.This is really not something which I had expected from YLG. I had been taking services from you since I considered YLG to be one of the best. But this kind of service really surprised me. Would like to bring to your notice that I stay really far from your arekere branch and it has cost me 200 bucks one way to be at your salon and also approx 2hrs to just visit the branch and come back home without any service.
Also, would like to bring to your notice that I had a voucher of 3k which expired on 8th.Had i been given appointment for last week, i would have saved my voucher. I requested them to see if they can adjust the voucher and consider something since it was just 2 days overdue.But i was bluntly denied this as well.
Sorry to say, but i never ever expected this from YLG atleast.I am bringing an end to my relationship with you as a customer with this bad experience.
