I have raised a request on 1st april 2021 filled application of shifing rcc point to shift the gas pipeline rcc point from my appt. parking as i am facing problem of parking my car due to that point.At that time they asked me to pay 2000 Rs in advance and i paid that through my card in advance then they told me that it the shifting will take time of 1-2 months approx due to covid situation. But now its been 4 months completed no person from gujarat gas called me niether come to complete the work till today dt. 6th august2021. When last month i called the customee care they told me that within 20 july thet work will be completed.
But still not done and again today i called customer care the executive named yogita telling me that i can't give you fix date that when the work will be completed. You have to wait . I asked her tell me how much i should wait 1month 2 month she is telling i cant give you time just wait only.
This is ridiculous they had taken advance money at the time of application and its been 4 months they had no worries and responsibility to complete the work they just telling customer to wait only.
Kindly take the matter as urgent as the company is not responding to customers and not giving a timeline to complete the task.
