I HAVE APPLIED FOR NEW CONNECTION IN GUJARAT GAS CO LIMITED AT ADAJAN SURAT FOR MY BUNGLOWS IN NOV 2017 WITH FULLY PAID FEES CHEQU ALONG WITH THE REQUIRED DOC TO THE GUJ GAS CO LTD,AS PER THEIR REQUEST THE CONNECTION WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPENY WITH IN SIX MONTH OF APPLICATION.BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED THE SAME. I HAVE SO MANY TIME REMINDED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO REQUESTED TO CUSTOMER TO THEIR AUTHORIZED DEPUTED OFFICER AND MADAMS FOR TO PROVIDE THE SAME. BUT DUE TO THEIR MIS MANAGEMENT OR NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER THEY HAVE FAILED TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES AND DUE TO THEIR CARELESS I HAVE LOST AROUND 18000 RS PER MONTH DUE TO PAY HOUSE RENT.
