In July 15 I have paid Rs.25,000/- to KABIR UDESHI for biogas. There are no Gtee./warrantee and he had not issued any receipt ? I have bank debit entry in my passbook, It does not woked at all and he had not refund any money so far? I lodged a police complaint for the same and applied under RTI but no response from both yet?
