i have purchased philips SHE1455 Handsfree earphones with mic black with 3 months warranty from ebay seller name 'rockingdeals-technix'
payment was done on 1st jan 2017 and i recieved product on 5th jan 2017.since i got it was working well but on 14 jan 2017 it suddenly stopped working.as it was 10th day i raised claimed on eBay application but it showed 'you have crossed the timeline to file a claim with us.
then i contacted the seller he has listened the problem but no reply after i was demanding replacement of it even i have given assurance that they can give details of their centre in mumbai so i can given them faulty piece but no reply.i am really fed of from such service of eBay.if they can't give service to their customer then why they are selling their product.please help me regarding this.
