DEAR SIR/MADAM
THIS IS REGARDING FAKE PRODUCT SOLD BY GADGETS WORLD(M00159), SANA COMPLEX, HODI BUNGLOW, VARYALI BAZAR SURAT GJ 395003.
Said representative namely Raja ( Salman Kapadiya Nur Mohamed) has approached us through Instagram account( Master_of_clones_) on 28th Feb 19 and assured us to deliver I Phone X within 3 working days and told us to deposit Rs. 300 booking amount via Paytm No. 9638054642 and remaining amount is to paid after receiving parcel.As per the deal I have deposited Rs. 300 through PAYTM on 1st March 2019 at 3:11 PM and I received the Parcel on 4th March 19 by paying balance amount Rs 14700. When I opened the parcel I found a copy of I PHONE X, Immediately I approached him on cell number 9925860206 and informed him about fake product given to me, He admit the same and said that you have received a wrong parcel, He further told us to return the parcel back to his address, so that he will send original parcel to us. After this he stop picking my phone calls and as a result product is still with me.
I have phone call recordings and whatsapp chat saved in my mobile where he assured me that Product will be 100% genuine with 30 days replacement warranty and services can be availed from I Phone service center, but i found no product bill inside product box, Then I confirm from service center and found that it was a I Phone copy.
Dear Sir, this is a clear cut cheating case and i request you to help me in returning my amount back and suitable action should be taken against him.

Hi,
This is crisanto I had ordered for a I watch and I received the entire product on today that’s a Monday November 18th 2019. When I opened the box it was fake and there is no number to go back to it as well and the product is not working also I really saved my money and got this product but it completely fake and not coming on only I would really be grateful if u would help me to get my money back and I could invest it somewhere more valuable
I really need you help it would be really be greatly appreciated.
