Respected Si/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased one Tablet PC from M/s. Veedee Enterprises of Swipe Telecom on 19.8.2012. After some days the above Tablet PC stopped working and hence wrote to the Veedee Enteprises on 17.6.2013 and he immediately replied me that the device carries only six months without verifying the details of the purchase made by me from him. This was replied just to realize that whether the customer have the bill with him of his purchase and if it is not there the dealer could enjoy the profit out of charges for repairing the device after six months. I hereby inform you that this device carries 1 year warranty which is mentioned on the bill. This kind of attitude of the dealer shows the negative approach towards me. After that I emailed him a copy my bill to him and he replied me and asked me to bring the Tablet PC to him for repairing. As per his instructions I went to his shop on 18.6.2013 and as expected he asked me to submit my Tablet PC for repairing and to send it to the workshop. This is the new policy of all the manufacturers of device/gadget asking the customers to submit their devices to them which they take months to return back the customers their devices without providing the standby device for the period of repairing the device/gadgets. Immediately I asked him how time it will take to get my device repaired. He replied it will take approximately 15 days. I think the Jago Grahak Jago Forum should work on this point as even for a small problem of devices/gadgets the dealer/service centres of various companies asked the customers to submit their devices/gadgets with them and deprive the customers from their devices/gadgets which were purchased paying the huge amount on it for just without inspecting the devices on the spot at their counter as most of the dealer does not have the service Engineers/Technicians or not having service at the dealer's shop or behind or in front of their shop/company. I then said OK as I was in need of my device in proper condition as it was in condition when I purchased the same. Then I left the shop of Veedee Enterprises without standby device.
After 15 days I phoned Mr. Devesh, Director/Manager of the Deevee Enterprises and asked about my Tablet PC whether it is ready duly repaired by them but it was not ready and I was told on phone that they require some time to get it repaired. I asked him why such delay is taking place and immediately the staff from Veedee Enterprises told me that don't you know the other companies take 2 to 3 months to return back the devices to the customers and hence it will take time. I was shocked with this kind reply. May I ask you whether any guidelines has been issued by the concerned authorities to all the companies that the company/shop should take 2 to 3 months to return back the devices of the customers for purposeful harassment. Since 18.6.2013 (approximately 3years have been lapsed) the Tablet PC submitted to the Veedee Enterprises there is no any kind of communications from the Veedee Enterprises to me and my Tablet PC has not been given back to me by them till this date. After my correspondences with no reply from Mr. Devesh, the owner/manager, I sent a Legal notice through my Advocate on 17.7.2013 which was also not replied by Mr. Devesh and just ignored the notice and relaxed with his attitude keeping in mind that nothing will be happened if he does not return my Tablet PC back. This is very sorry state of affairs on the part of Veedee Enterprises. This Veedee Enterprises has harassed me a lot with not complying the norms of the Customer Care Services and hence I would like you to take strong action against this company/shop and ask for heavy compensation with my Tablet PC back for their lapses of services which is totally poor and negligence to the customer like me.
I therefore request you to take strong necessary action against Mr. Devesh, Manager/Owner, M/s. Veedee Enterprises with demand of heavy compensation and teach him a lesson that how the Consumer care should be taken after selling his product or send him the notice to close his shop for non or poor performance as per Consumer Protection Act and destitute attitude towards me which has caused me mental agony and torture as I have purchased the pain taking the product paying the huge amount from M/s. Veedee Enterprises.
