I, Rahul Agarwal, had purchased Orient Ceiling Fan on 15/07/2016 from Sunny Sales at 22, Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata – 700 073, for Rs.2000/-, but its speed it low for which I made a complaint to Orient fan and they sent they mechanic (Mr. Shibu Dey, Mob. 9433850757) he told they will replace the fan, but till today they have not done, they are just harrissing us. This is kind request you to please solve the matter as soon as possible.
