My name is Shashank Thakur, Reliance USB connect number is 9323290801.Since yesterday my service of data card is out of service showing message on screen remote computer did not respond.At present I am out of town and Reliance R connect disconnected my network.I recharged my account till august 2022 but after so many calls at customer care response from their end is very poor.
At last They received my call from roaming location and said that they migrated 3G service into 4G for that I had to pay 3000 rs additionally for continue the service. At said earlier I recharged my account till August 2022,but as per them this account is closed from their end and for new 4G account pay 3000 rs for dongle and choose new plan by paying additional amount to continue.
So I request you to please look into matter for doing the needful.
