On 16th Feb I booked an Ola to travel from Terminal 2 IGI Airport, New Delhi. The driver was rude and used abusive languages in the cab. In the middle of the ride he hurled abuses and said that you are not wearing seatbelt and a challan has been issued of Rs 3240. I did not pay any heed to him as I was attending a meeting virtually and quickly put on the seat belt (seated in the rear seat) of the taxi. When I reached Udyog vihar infront of HERO office, the taxi driver said he wont allow me to go until I pay the amount. In a hurry, I asked him to share the challan but he said they will whatsapp me. Getting late for the meeting I paid the amount to him.
Later when I tried calling the taxi driver, he said they will give the challan in some days, but they did not. I tried reaching to Ola support, to whom the driver first denied taking any amount. Later the driver said that I broke the car's windshield hence, they charged me with the amount which is blatant lie. Hence, I want to take action against the said Taxi driver Shakil Hussain with Taxi no. HR74B5926
Later when I tried calling the taxi driver, he said they will give the challan in some days, but they did not. I tried reaching to Ola support, to whom the driver first denied taking any amount.
