Dear team,
I registered my business on 31 December 2018 in Justdial, business name Happywindslogo mob no +919664829116. I asked sales rep to give me package that from anywhere in india anyone calls JD and ask for logo designer, i should get SMS.
Sales rep confirmed that will done with all India package at costing of 30k finally settled at 25k plus tax.
In entire 2 month I didn't get 5 leads also, to my conservative wild guess approx 50 people will ask for logo designer daily from all India x 30 = 1500 numbers were expected.
If can't fulfill why they commit?
Very poor response on resolution. No one bothers to meet resolution time given, all the time after hearing story asking to someone will call back, no one turns up, no one has any clue why I am not getting leads, someone used word 'pro reta' ohhh... This was new, why I was not informed while paying money?
I joined JD with hopes to increase business. But, very bad experience, I cant be cheated like this, give my entire money back if can't keep why doing commitment.
I am mailing, calling but no solution since 2 months.
