I am using GTPL broadband since 2 years. In August while renew my plan I was explained that
"If I buy 2MBPS plan I will surely get full 2MBPS Speed" & "If buy day night plan I will get upto 2MBPS speed not full 2MBPS at Night"
So I have decided to select 2MBPS plan instead of day night, and paid double amount.but get upto 2MBPS speed instead of full 2MBPS. I have complained about this from 10th August to till today. No one solve my complain till today.
I have contacted to local and online complain also. but they say its ok no issue
I have also sent E-mail to the Nodal Officer but he also not replied.
Now whenever I call to GTPL they said i will be Ok, but the problem not solve as Promised speed. I made the complains too many time via call, online complaint and E-mail, this is mentally harassment as well as lost money for which I paid.
Kindly help me.
