Fraud Call Received and trying to convince me

They are trying to convince me....
They are Saying that You are the Luckiest Customer And You Have 75 Points... And Have To achieve only 24 points to became the Luckiest Customer...
They are also claiming them that they are a strategic partner of E-Kart and they received my number and address from E-kart....
For that Prize I should have to pay Rs 2,500 for registration purpose.
So I have Decided to make a Complain Against those Fraud Persons....
They had given me a website that is :-

A customer care executive Also told that if any problem occurred try to contact on that number that is :-
