Selling more than MRP Bisleri Jar to purchase new 20 lit Bisleri Water jar

On 26th Apr 2016, I had gone to purchase new 20 lit Bisleri Water jar from Shreeji Agencies, shop no 1&2, Caroline Apt, k’Villa road, Thane-w-400601 who claims himself to be the stockiest of packaged drinking water.
He told me the price of 20ltr jar as 100. I told him that the MRP is of 80 Rs, then how could he charge more. He told he is doing the same for last 10 years and no one has dare to ask him the question. He supplies to many homes at the same rate and no one has question him. When i ask him it is wrong on his part to take more than MRP, he told the company is not provding enough margin and so he has to charge customer more.
I told him thats not the case as in movies they have different MRP printed, so that they can adjust their margins. The company will never print MRP without proper margins for the retailer. I hope the Bisleri company takes note of this and take proper action against the vendor as he is also disturbing the brand image of the company along with him.
I ask him for a bill as he was charging more than MRP and he readily gave me saying I couldn't do anything to him as he has lots of political contacts. I am uploading the bill provided by him.
Kindly help me to know the proper channel, so that this stockiest learns the lesson of lifetime and never dare to sell more than MRP & take undo advantage of needy Customer.
