Complaint against Manba finance, Disburse my loan amount on 9th June 2020 but asking EMI from April

I am writing a mail to you in regard of my loan against my two wheeler after getting lot of torture.
I am highly disappoint and feeling cheated like when you guys call me to pay my EMI from april 2020,however my loan amount was disbursed on 9th JUNE 2020 to JAI SHREE MOTORS,KANDIVALI then how I am liable to pay EMI from April 2020, this is my question.If the funds are with you till june 8th June 2020 then how can you ask me to pay emi from April 2020.
However, till date my vehicle is not yet registered in RTO due to late disbursement of amount from your side, still I am struggling with getting it registered in RTO.
After you disbursed the amount on 9th june 2020 i got a call from Jai Shree Motors that they will now process my file for RTO registration, really a pathetic services from MANBA finance as they were late in making payment to Jai shree Motors and my registration got stuck due to that.
I got many call since 3 months regarding payments only from Manba Finance,but whenever I asked for welcome letter or my loan account details they said will send me but they have never sent it,however today on 13th JUNE 2020 I have received the half detailed letter in which interest rate,loan amount,disbursement date,disbursement advice are not mentioned,I will surely attached it for your reference.
I would like to bring to your notice that I am also paying my home loan emi,credit card emi regularly in this lockdown,I have no financial issues in paying this amount also but it should be ethical,which I am not feeling so. We are ready to pay EMI but from JUNE 2020.
Please look into this matter and revert me with a proper solution.
