He is the biggest fraud maker on this planet.He had promised me that i will make your four wheeler license as soon as possible firstly you have to pay ₹2500 into my bank account and I have paid that.
Now it's almost 1 year he always accepts that your license is in progress.
And now when I called today he picks up the call and started abusing.
No license no confirmation no refund.
Please help me out from this situation and charge a ₹500 as a fine.
