Hi, I want to file a complaint against the department of jvvnl jaipur. I had a fault at service line yesterday evening and for that i have complained at department and called customer care many times but there is no response. Still after 12 hours, no one has came. There is continuous sparkling and fire the whole night near my balcony but nobody is listening from deptt. Also i have taken new connection and default just happen in 20 days after taking the connection. What kind of wire they have used and now they are asking to give money for new service line but nobody is coming to look into this.
