No meter reading has been conducted since October 15, 2023, and I am a bit surprised why the bill has been issued on a premise-locked basis of amount Rs. 8262
Considering my home is situated in a village with a large family, along with cows and a dog, it is practically impossible to lock the premises. The current bill appears to be inaccurate and requires correction.
I kindly request a meter reading to be conducted and the bill to be reissued.
Please note that I had previously raised a complaint (Complaint No. - 1008880076) after November 15, urging for meter reading and bill generation with North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. But they have done nothing.
