Sir I am a student of class 12 I want to tell you that I done my registration online but when I go to the college my registration form does not submit because of my original 10 documents I pass 10 th from CBSE board but due to payment problem the school does not provide my original certificate but now at the time of registration date but now the school give my original documents after paying fees so I want to submit my registration form please allow me to submit my registration form and also to appear in the exam
