Ramjas School Pusa Road has hiked its fee in the year 2023 -24 by 8.72 %. Clear directions from Directorate of Education and High Court have barred it from doing so.
But on 20th Feburary 2023, the school hiked its fee with 8.72 % and no objection was recorded in Minutes. No objection by Ms. Ranju Ahlawadi, who is the Government nominee and Vice Principal of SKV Paschim Vihar and Narender Kumar who is the Parent's nominee on the school management committe.
This new fee hike will make windfall profits for Ramjas Foundation. Since Shubhra Gupta is also the President of Ramjas Foundation, this will encourage other schools to hike their fees and completely ignore their crumbling infrastructure of schools.
Ramjas School Pusa Road will make 10 crores 52 lakhs 67 thousand 600 per year after implementation of these fee hikes.
