My customer ID is 190813045, i have recharged with rs.100/- on 14th february 2019, i have received sms on my mobile for the recharge, that time my subscription expiry date was 22 february 2019, but after two days that is on 16th february ,2019 when i checked my account status , the subscription expiry date was wrongfully reduced to 20th February, 2019, when i tried to complain against the same in the customer care, they refused to take the complain and did not resolve the issue.
This is not the first time that Videocon d2h, is using this unfair means to get some money and harass people. Previously also when ever i recharged the account, the same problem happened and i called the customer care several times to solve the problem, but this time the customer care did not help at all.
Whenever i recharged , after few days when i checked my account status, i always found that videocon d2h is wronglfully reducing the subscription expiry date by 1 or 2 days, this is how they are cheating consumers.
i request you to please look into the matter so that the matter is resolved, and honest customers like us are not cheated by these type of companies.

My videocon D2H customer ID is 190813045.
My Monthly subscription is Rs.370/- per month, that means Rs.12.33/- per day, but in an unfair manner everyday Rs.14.12 is being deducted, i have called the customer care so many times but they did not cooperate, even on 20.2.19 a 3:36 pm Dish tv called me (01206289030) and confirmed me that daily deduction from my account is Rs.12.33 and my monthly recharge amount is Rs.370, Trusting his words i have recharged the account on 21.02.19 but when i checked my account status it is found that they are deducting Rs. 14.12 per day.
Sir, Time has come to stop this type of harassment and business should be done using fair and honest manner and not by thinking that customers are fool and they do not keep track of their daily deductions from Account status.
So I request you to immediately look into the matter and solve the problem and also to return the money that you have deducted in the unfair manner so far.since 16.02.19.
Otherwise i will have no other option but to migrate to cable operator.
Hope that you will take honest and fair action ASAP.
