the same issue happen with me ...when i did my last rechrged then my End Date of Subscription is 08-Jun-2018.
The videocon donkey's disconnected my connection my connection on 06-jun-2018 means before my due date of subscription(which is 08-jun-2018).
i have called customer care 7-8 times, they only logged complaint and closes it self .
also mailed to customercare@d2h.com no any simple reply from there also.
Actually videocond2h is the worst d2h service as I ever seen, and customer support is very very worst, do not except any resolution from them.
better to go consumer court and file complaint against videoon d2h Bloody donkey's
