I have raised setup box upgrade request from SD to HD box on 27th Sept. 18
I received mail to top-up my account with 749 and 2 months HD corresponding package. accordingly I recharged my account with 961 and shared the details on the same mail.
got replied that they have registered my request and will be worked on in 48 hr.
and everyday from 29th sept. I am getting similar mail whenever I write to them.
Please help me out.
