On dated 23/6/18, I register the complaint regarding signal not available in television. Mr Chaitnya Ahir was the person and put up the request but on 24/6/18 sunday when enquired then it came to know that the complaint not registered and on 24/6/18 complaint was registered and said that engineer will attend the complaint within 24 hrs. On 24/6/18 I talked to four persons on customer care no. Mr Vasim, Mr Hafiz and Mr Asalam and Mr Chaitnya. Total 2 hrs wasted on phone and not able to connect to his Senior.On 25/6/18 no one came to attend the complaint.
then again i called on 25/6/18 in evening and the call has been connected to NOIDA for higher official. and complaint resolved on 26/6/18.
These four persons should be taken up and action taken against to be forwarded.
