Videocon d2h diconnected my d2h connection before the End Date of subscription

Complaint subject :- Videocon d2h has disconnected my d2h connection before my End Date of subscription.
Disconnected date :- 06-June-2018, Actual End Date of subscription is :- 08-June-2018

My Videocon Customer ID :- 160418313

My "English" is not much good/fluent, but I am trying to express as much as .(ignore the grammar mistakes)

Details about my complaint:
I am using the "Gold Lite" base plan which monthly cost is ₹ 215/- (i.e. 7.17 per day)
I was last recharged my account on 22-may-2018 with amount ₹ 50.
Before recharging my account balance was 73.65 ₹, after recharge of 50 ₹ it becomes(73.65+50=123.65 ₹), and subscription End date extended to 08-june-2018. (till here going well)

when i check my account balance using my videocon d2h login on 02-jun-18 ,
systems showing balance as ₹19.82/- and End Date of subcription :- 08-jun-18

I found that the balance is not showing correctly, at that day my balance should be ₹ 44.82 /-,
there End date of subscription showing correctly as(08-jun-18), but balance was incorrect.
Again on next day (03-jun-18) i have checked my balance then also it showing incorrect as ₹ 12.65 /- ,correct balance should be ₹ 37.65 /-
So, on basis of above two observation , I was called to videocon d2h customer care(9115691156) and i have told the my issue.
issue was-"My account End Date of subscription(08-jun-18) showing correct but respective balance amount is not showing correctly."
So they agree with their system failure issue and logged my complaint regarding this issue( Complaint ID :-593988914 on Date : Sunday, 03-jun-2018) and I got the same message on my mobile with resolution time till Monday,04-jun-2017 06.47 pm.
I have waited till the given time , no any message or call came from "videocon d2h"
On Tuesday, 05-jun-2018, When I called again to "Videocon d2h" customer care and asked for the complaint status ,they told me your complaint has been Closed.
I asked them " my issue is still apperaring", How you closed the complaint without resolution of that complaint.
They not given me proper answer on that closed remark of complaint.
Senior supervisor agree with my issue and told me that we will logged new complaint (on Date : 05-Jun-2018 around 12.30 pm) and they will send the email to the concern team, second complaint ID is :- 594530190, this guy told me 'Please wait for 8 hrs' your incorrect/mismatched balance issue will be definitely resolve before 8 hrs.
Today on 06-Jun-2018, my connection got disconnected from "Videocon d2h".
when I called to customer care to check my issue is resolved or not? and why you disconnected my connection today(i.e. on 06-Jun-2018)? because my End Date subscription is 08-Jun-2018.
so they giving reason as your balance not sufficient so disconnected.
I have told him "thats the bloody issue" i have raised in previous complaints. Today they have reversed with yesterday's promise.
Today (06-jun-18) also my balance showing ₹ 1.69/- which is incorrect, correct should be ₹ 16.15/-.

based on that experience, i have decide to logged complaint against "Videocon d2h" in Consumer Forum"

I am facing the inconvenience as well as mental harassment in service from Videocon d2h ,
I Have paid for the subscription till 08-Jun-18, but still they have disconnected my connection today(06-Jun-18).
I have communicated 4-5 times but not get any resolution of my complaint, rather they self closing the complaint with nonsence remark and inform to the customer.
