Dear Team,
I have connection with vediocond2h since more than 5 years. I have been getting bad experience of service so many times from them.
Since 3 days I am following up for replacement of Adopter, but till the time there is no response from coceren team. It is very bad experience in service from the company. Set up box adopter is outdated , it is not available in market because our connection is too old. If company currently using next generation box and adopter then why the company is not replacing old setup box and adopter or related material for existing customers?
Neither i have received any call or msg from this company to resolve this issue whenever I am calling just getting me answers adopter is not available in company.
Why customer has bear Such unprofessional response.
We are not getting response and service. it is too much stupid support from vediocond2h...
We are not able to use television because the required parts are not available in market nor it's with vediocond2h.
I have only way to shift our connection to other company.
There is no one responsible manager working in this company. I have lost too much time for waiting their response. They asking me charges for that & they asking it should be in Cash payment only, not by other mode. They are just making fool to the customer.
