Expressing our concern regarding the Unfair practice in form of forceful conversion of Pre paid Long duration Packs by TATASKY

have sold me long duration pack despite you knew about new regime so it is a serious mistake done by you .
So it is compulsory for you to reinstate my long duration pack with increased duration for the period you have not shown all the channels of ultra pack.

I once again request to do the needful as described in previous letters to provide the solutions to my all 10 IDs.

With balance amount in your account you will not have the hassle of recharging month-on-month and the pack will continue using the same balance amount.

We recommend that you continue with the Tata Sky monthly pack as it will best suit your viewing requirements along with no hassle of recharging again and again. If you still need to change your current viewing channels, you can easily do so on mytatasky.com.

Your account balance is in of Rs.3,186.56/- available as on 21-072019.You need to renew on or before 09/10/2019.

I am writing this letter with great hope. Since our childhood we have been proudly listening
about TATA'S contribution in India progress economically and social development.
Tata group companies are always known for fair business policies and honest to their
customers.

So I would like to bring into your attention about the TATASKY being part of Tata tele
communication Ltd .

Letter is long as I can't explain in short so please excuse me for writing long .

I am sure this letter will be an eye opener to reveal some wrong policies which are financial and entertainment loss to lloyal
customers of Tata sky .We have been using TATASKY both personally and professionally at our home and business
place.We must confess that TATASKY is best DTH service.

All was going well till TRAI imposed implementation of new act in Jan 2019. We had bought
annual long duration packages (ULTRA PACK) offered by TATASKY for our all connections. We
had paid amount in advance and it has to expire after 365 days.

From end of jan 2019 we received messages and call to migrate to monthly package by
choosing our favorite channels. It was also claimed by executive that these package would be
cheaper.But when we calculated package cost it was 2 to 3 time higher than what we were paying for
LDP so we always insisted that LDP must be continue. If you have sold services by taking
advance payment it is ethical to provide services .

In April 2019 we were forcefully migrated to new regime despite our disagreement on this.
Since then we are talking on phone and E-mail with Tatasky but the officers and MD are not
caring and concern about loss and inconvenience of customers.

Even TRAI Advisor Mr Arvind kumar has send Direction letter on 1st may , chairman Mr R S
Sharma has tweeted to give advantage to LDP customer. But TATASKY is not obeying their
directions.

On 26 may 19 , we wrote email and sent hard copy to Mr Harit Nagpal , MD and regd office of
Tata sky , in reply he has sent 3 page reply stating various reasons for not reinstating LDP .
BUT STILL WE HOPE JUSTICE FROM YOU AS PER ETHICS AND FAIR BUSINESS POLICY
which is mission of Tata group .


We are attaching some important documents to provide you complete details of our issue.
We are sure that you will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
