My videcon d2h Customer Id is 63635254 .
Last month from this company offer bataya gaya tha ki ₹99 k recgarge par validity 3 months . Aaj mera validity Samaapt ho honewala hai . Is issue k baare mey nodal officer tak compalint diya Shuru sey . Us complaint ko bhi one month complte hua , aaj tak customer care k senior superviser sey baat hua .kuch bhi resultaion nhi mila .
Aur kal bhi muz sey naye recharge offer msg aaya . Baad mey maine customer care k senier superviser sey offer k baare mey baat kiya . Unhe msg read krk bataya ₹ 549 mey mera wala pack and 6 months validity bataya gaya . Confirmation hone k baad maine recharge kiya toh company ki taraf sey 3 months ka validity aaya . Aur senier superviser sey baat kiya toh aaj kal ka wait kr lijiye aise bata kr fasaya ja raha hai .
This videocon d2h company is really fake hai . So pls Sir muze justification and resolution dijiye from this fake videocon d2h company .
Yeh company logo ko thag rahi hai Customer Ko . Aap hi bataaiye kya kare . Muze baar baar two times lagataar fasaya hai this company k services ney .
Iske saath attachment bhi dekhiye sms ki . Jo aap bhi samaz sakte hai .
