I am using Reliance BigTV at my home. I recharged on 13/02/2016 Rs.1371/- for Four months subscription as per their chart. They suspended my service on 18/05/2016 telling that you have to pay some amount. According to me the service should be continued till second week of June 2016. They say that I did not inform them after recharging. But their IVRS system is not working properly on landline phone.
Either they should provide me service or refund me the amount. They do not except to pay anything even when I asked them to take the system back.
I request you to look into the mater and help me out if possible.
