We have installed a DEN set top box from a local cable operator today i.e 1st May 2016 operator said it'll get activated after two hrs but since he had installed it my STB is showing security problem with error code 11 and I'm trying to connect that retard cable provider he's not answering the call..And on top of that he took 2000 rs for DEN's standard STB without any receipt saying we don't provide it.

your hardware i.e. made in China which is of 1857 - out dated
can't allows to connect cable easily which leads unclear channel or black screen
& software i.e. made in blaa blaa blaa
shame on your service
shame on them i.e. Chinese company which giving DEN set top box
