i myself mr. aniruddha s. joshi. a videocon d2h consumer, and my customer id is 162113549. sir, my set top box do not receive signals since 2nd may 2018 (from neary about 7 o clock) to till today, i have called many times to customer care regarding the issue. initially i am being told that this is a technical issue and it will resolved itself. after 2 hours the issue was still exist. and till today still the signal is not yet available. The response of telicallers was quite rude, and arrogant. many time , i doubt they deliberately disconnected my call, none of the supervisor attended my call in-spite of my repeated request.
when a consumer fail to recharge in time, the company immediately disconnected the service, but now when a company is defaulted to provide uninterrupted service to its consumer , and the consumers faces a pathetic experience from companies telecallers how the company is going to compensate its customer.
so i request you sir, kindly take an appropriate action against the company,
