Hello Sir/Mam,
I had paid Rs. 3915.00 to YOU BROADBAND on 5th Jan 2017. I had called them multiple times to come for connection. But I did not received any call/response from them. After trying 4-5 times I called their customer care for connection disconnection request. They took my disconnection request and told me that the money will given back within 10 working days. Today on 12th Jan I received message from YOU BROADBAND for ID and password. When I called them back,they again took my disconnection request and now they are saying they require 22 days to transfer the money. As per the response I have received till now, they will never call me back and will not take any action.
