Non delivery of product and also not giving the refund

Beware don't buy any products from Amazon
I had purchased Aquaguard Ro from Amazon under Product under Exchange on 15/10/2022 and delivery date of that Ro is 18/10/2022 so on 18/10/2022 Delivery person came at my house for delivery and take the Otp from my mother and marked the order delivered (it seems that he by mistakenly he marked otp without delivery he take otp and initiated the delivery of product and then after he asked exchanged old product from my mother but the old Ro is installed as I had intentionally not uninstalled the Ro as there is policy of amazon that they will not take the old product without checking so i had asked delivery person to uninstalled the Ro as it is very easy to uninstalled the Order as because at that time only my mother is at home and she has no knowledge of this but delivery person intentionally denied to uninstalled that product and go from my home without delivering the new product and make the product marked as delivery he promised my mother that he will again come tomorrow i.e. 19-10-2022 and he will deliver the product after receiving old replacement of Kent RO. I had trying to contact amazon customer care from the same date that is on 18/20/2022 regarding delivering the product but daily they are saying that they will delivered the product today or tomorrow there customer care executive has also mail us that they will either deliver the product or refund the amount. But on today they told us that we will not able to provide the delivery and also they had also told me we can’t issue the refund as product marked delivered. This reply of your customer care officer as your various customer care representative not able to reply properly we hereby request to please take some strict action regarding this and initiate the refund. It is further informed that from source of amazon in Ahmedabad that the delivery person return back the product to amazon and refused to delivery.
