I had ordered 2 popcorn rice duo , 2 piece smokey grilled and 2 Pepsi (KFC) through zomato. And made payment online . However I received one package which only contains one popcorn rice duo , one piece smokey grilled and one pepsi.this I found out while opening the package so I contacted the delivery boy and asked why I had received Half only. He replied that it was the mistake from KFC side and that his duty is only delivery and not checking inside the package and therefore asked me to contact KFC office. When I contacted KFC the guy told me that my place is 15kms away from KFC and therefore can't compensate me with cash refund or deliver the remaining half of the order. He told me to contact Zomato. I had made a payment of 752Rs and change in which I received only half the ordered food. Please reverse half of my payment
