Hi, I have registered so may complaints to deactivate my account due to poor network issue and requested for refund of my amount but Tikona Customer Service is so poor that they are not disconnectng my connection neither refunding my balance amount of Rs 2000 approx. Please expediate the process.Following are my many request nos.:
