Dear Sir,
I have orders redme7 (Prepaid Ra.7499/-) tracking ID 221998150441 from Amazon App, packet
was little with tempered I have doubt so I opened the same in front of
delivery executive and found stone inside the Box. I Called customer care very same time and explain everything they
assured me that I will get the refund by 3rd of August after investigation,then executive took the that parcel and go back to other delivery.
I received msg of failed delivery on 1st Aug 2019 , but no refund processed , on 10th August I have received mail that they won't be refund refund.
