Subject: - Complaint against the mismanagement of service offered by dealer of Hyundai
Dear Sir / Madam,
This has a reference to my representation of issue related RTO passing of my XCENT SX VTVT S/S (GJ-01-RS-8547) Chassis no.191669, Engine no.0822315 and bearing Invoice no. H2016-17/1642 Dated 24.08.2016.
Please note that, I had purchased XCENT SX VTVT S/S car having RTO Registration number -GJ-01-RS-8547 from Hyundai
dealer M/s Concept Motors (I) Pvt.Ltd . I preferred buying a Company fitted CNG car of Hyundai owing to the reliability of the Brand Hyundai. (Payment of Rs. 58,248.00 made under code 16EA484 Invoice number CNG/16-17/051 to fit the company owned CNG Kit)
The vehicle was specially designed to fit CNG Kit and company had committed to provide CNG Kit fitting and necessary RTO formalities of CNG Endorsement & Charged payment of Rs.6747.00 (Invoice number CNG/16-17/052 dated 11.10.22016.).
M/s Concept Motors had provided Hyundai Assurance Reliance General Insurance Co.Ltd with payment of Rs.32,628.00 which Includes Rs.2451.00 towards CNG/LPG Kit ( IMT-24) , Policy number-9914962311008598 dated 25.08.2016 , which I have shifted to New India Assurance in next policy renewal on same terms & conditions.
On dated 12.06.2019, car met with minor accident due to sudden attack by street dog and front bumper cover and bumper & fog light got damaged. I had approached M/s Downtown Motors Pvt.Ltd, Vadodara for necessary repairing. I have paid Rs. 21,283/- to M/s Downtown Motors by invoice no. W3425G201909996 & 97 dated 13.06.2019.
On dated 14.06 .2019, I had approached M/s New India Assurance co.Ltd, Vadodara Branch under policy number 21020531180300000970 dated 03.08.2018 which also covers CNG / LPG covers by paying premium of Rs.3323/- additional. Ref.Claim no.2120531190390000020/833.
To our surprise, we had got Claim closer intimation with noting: -“Repudiated as RS Book is not endorsed with RC Book.” To our surprise the RC book registration by M/s Concept Hyundai had been a blunder as the Hyundai dealer forgot to enter the CNG registration details in the RC book. Further, we remained ignored of this fact owing to the CNG kit insurance provided by Concept Hyundai.
We have made presentation before Ms.Ashmita Ahit on 20.07.2019 , Customer Care Manager of Concept Hyundai and requested to help us but did not got any quick response. We have written e mail to Ms.Ashmita Ahit on 22.07.2019 to resolve this issue. We acknowledge that they have accepted RC book and done necessary process to forward to RTO for endorsement on 20.07.2019 which we have received revised RC book with CNG endorsement on 20.08.2019 .
To resolve issues amicably, we have met General Manager , Sales Mr. Jinmay Shah, Sales on 31.08.2019 and requested to reimburse Rs.21,283/- which we spent for accidental repairing charges paid .
With all above facts, I feel penalized for a mistake that Concept Hyundai dealer did and mentally harassment & expenses Rs.21283/- repairing cost and also caring life risk of using car which is not proper RTO registered.
I seek the following immediate response from your office:
1. Reimbursement of amount spent for accident claim of Rs.21283/--.
This letter of complaint might serve as a corrective and preventive measure for all your future errors.
