PayTM Website is not refunding my AirTicket Cancellation Amount.

Dear Sir,
I had booked 2 Nos. of Air Ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 15th August-2016 Through PayTM Website, but due to Some Serious Reason I & my Father where not able to Travel so we cancel the Ticket.
I contacted Indigo Airline and Within 3/4 days they reverted some amount.
PayTM had booked the Ticket through easemytrip.com, easemytrip booked the ticket through Indigo Airlines. So I even contacted easemytrip.com they told me that they have returned the amount to PayTM and that I should contact PayTM.
Repeatedly I'm contacting PayTM, I'm being told again & again that I will get the refund but still they have not cleared my Refund Amount. Every Time I have to contact them they don't revert back. I have even recorded my conversation with PayTM.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige.
