Dear Sir,
I used to have a american express credit card. I have made all my payment and they have also closed it from their side.They also promised to send the NOC after that. Many times I have called them and everytime they generate a new complaint number to send the NOC. The requested complaints numbers in this regards are - 185310498, 17347022618 which I hve been provided. This is very concerning as earlier they have sent payment reminder courier in my home address with a couple of days but when it comes to their turn they are playing with time. This needs strict action.
We are otherwise helpless.
