Dear Sir,
I am Prakash Kaveri residing at No 197 1st floor 4th main BEML layout Basaveshwar Nagar. My contact number is 9845076813 is member of TATA credit card, Number stating 5126-2292-1920-9866 which expires in 2018.
I would like to complain against the TATA card as they are not able to keep their promise on redemption of reward points. case history is as below.
I have currently 2342 Rewards points which is equal to Rs.2342 ( one point equals to Rs.1) . When I planned the redeem the points I called TATA card support on 080-39023456. Executive on the phone confirmed me that I need to go through the https://www.tatacard.com/ and need to visit the participating outlet to redeem reward points.
I tried visiting Star Bazaar/OrionMall which does not exist now. Secondly I tried visiting World of Titan in VijayNagar -they confirmed they will not redeem points and then I visited one more outlet mentioned in the list and also confirmed by Executive on the phone that is World of titan New BEL road. Even they confirmed they will not redeem tata reward points.
In this process I traveled almost 40KMs and spent my whole Day.
Same was given complained to TATA with complaint numbers: 1-11269800814 and 1-11269801309 and 1-11288093677
Due to this I am going through a loss of Rs.1650 and there is 40% discount sale going on in World of Titan and i have selected the watch of Rs.4500.
when I asked to resolve the issue the Tata card agreed to provide me Titan vouchers but lately they confirmed me that they can give Rs500 X4. That will be within 30Days. which I may receive after 17th of July which is the last date for Titan Offer.
I this case I will run in loss of 1650+342( remaining reward points).
Need your intervention to resolve the case.
