Subject: complaint against land related issue

Respected madam

I am a responsible citizen of India , with due respect I would like to convey here a important message regarding my land issue , during construction of my new house there was a prohibition by strange people inhabiting me for constructing my house there was a restriction made by them as it was claimed that his or her portion is involved in the land . I kindly request you to take some major steps against this , I will be much thankful to you
