We tried to get in touch with you over a call but the call was not answered. However, please be informed that the team tried its best to track your shipment but unfortunately, it could not be traced and hence we have marked the shipment with AWB no. 2829218080446 as lost.
As per Terms and Conditions, we will initiate the refund for your shipment which will be Rs. 2000 (Declared Value) + Rs. 115 (Logistics charges) i.e. Total amount = Rs. 2115. It takes 5-7 days for a refund to reflect in your bank account.

Dear Sir,
This is as per your mail dated 10/01/2022 at 5.37 Pm for Refund of Rs.10,000/-and the logistics charges , but as till date I not received any amount in my bank account. Previous your mail dated 08th Jan that parcel courier is not traceable by you, So I start preparing all legal documents like (Notice for lost of society share certificate add in two local news paper, Affidavit In idemnity bond of Rs.200/- stamp paper duly notarized , FIR also filed in near by residence). For prepare all this documents I bear the Approx cost Rs.3000/-. Side by side I regularly call & follow up to delivery courier service center at Mumbai agra national highway branch also visit your warehouse at diva phata, Bhiwandi. Yesterday morning I received call from Mr. Kapil Mane that courier parcel is find by him & at same day night personally courier is pickup by My son Mr. Hiren Saraiya through Aadhar card photo proof from Unit No.B, Ground flr, nandanvan Industrial estate delhivery courier service center. what about my expense which is spend on prepare all the documents and due to problem of Loss , Iam get disturb mentally & physically. one thing clear in your mind that Intiative to found envelope by regular phone call , visit branch & godown is done by my son Mr. Hiren Saraiya Not by your people, simply reply on mail doesnot mean that you done hardwork.
As per your email dated 18/01/2022 for the logistic charge Rs.2115/- for this shipment is refunded from our end with transaction ID 200709408550. How can you give any false commitment to customer. As on till date I not received any single money from your side. I already filed consumer complaint online against you untill you not pay for me. Please refer below mention mail of Mrs. Charu Lata Pal. If money is process for refund then where is money gone to which account check at your end.
Kindly pay atleast Rs.2115/- by phone pe to 9967237370 to this number and I closed this matter on first priority basis. Please refer below email of Mrs. charu lata pal for your referance
