TATA Nano car Break couldn't apply while driving- couldn't resolve the problem

I am having a Car Tata Nano Reg No KL 33 F 4325. As I am a second owner of this vehicle I bought this car from Mahendra First Choice on 11th May 2015 and the manufacturing year of car is 2013 and the registration date is 26th May 2015. Also the car has 4 years warranty from the date of registration.
Regarding my complaint, this is the 3rd time happened the repeated issue with my car - the car break couldn't work while driving. As it is a serious issue, this 26th June me and my friends just escaped from a big accident.
The first issue happened in Feb 6th 2016 and missed one accident, I took the vehicle to RF Motors Edapplay as they said the Break booster was complaint it was replaced along the 3rd company service. And the repeated the same issue after 2 weeks again on 21st Feb 2016 and this time my family was with me, all were afraid as the break was lost at a road turning area and car rushed in the road side.
After I took the vehicle to RF Motors Edappally they said the Break booster was again complaint (which they replaced earlier) replaced again.
And this Sunday (26th June 2016) the same thing repeated again, gone the break of the car in Highway and just because of our luck we are alive now. This time my friends were in the car.
Even now I am afraid to drive this car because I don't know when I will lose the break.
Even they repaired the car two times they couldn’t resolve the issue properly and since it was a serious case they done the repairing very casually.
I don't know, Tata motors how much bothered about this compliant, however the issue is very serious as it is threat for public's life not only my life. Just imagine if the car rushed in to somebody because of this break issue and something happened I know Tata motors or RF motors may not liable but i have to answer it and I have to scarify for it.
At last I have spoken with Tata motors service manager to replace the car or to give back my money they are only ready for repairing as I am lost all the believes and surety in the service of Tata motors I don’t want to take one more chance in my life and other life also.

So kindly help me to resolve the case.
