We have take a home loan from centrum housing finance limited in NOV 2017 loan no.BHO17BH000742 loan amount 8,15,354 and an other topup in DEC 2018 loan no.BHO18BH006590 loan amount2,53,393.CHFL not given us any type of subsidy according PMAY scheme and now we are unable to pay high rated ROI EMI so we want to transfer this home loan other low ROI bank.as per loan sention letter we were completed 2 years fixed rate EMI and we are applicable for no extra cost pay otherwise loan remaining amount bt CHFL says you are pay 4 or 5 persent extra of the remaining closer amount...this is unfair as per the sention latter promise.so please resolve this issue, why we pay extra amount of balance transfer???
