Dear Sir,
I bought a mobile phone from Snapdeal.com on 5th Oct 2015. The name of the mobile company is 'One Plus' (https://oneplus.net/in/). Recently I'm facing issues with touchscreen. The center portion of touchscreen is unresponsive(see image1.jpg) The service center rejected the warranty saying there is a small dent near volume control (see image2.jpg) and that voids the warranty. Normally if digitizer(which controls the touchscreen) is damaged due to physical damage then, first LCD has to be broken as it sits on top of digitizer. However, LCD & Volume controls are working fine(see image3.jpg & image4.jpg).So even if the dent is not the root cause for malfunction, they simply refuse to even analyze whether damage is due manufacturing defect or physical damage.
