I booked a cab outside Oberoi Mall on 21st July (Sunday) at 11:00 pm. Cab driver came outside Oberoi Mall and we sat in the cab. Once I told him my location, he upfront cancelled the trip. In his Cancellation Reason he mentioned "Items not fit in the cab". I was with my wife and 10 months kid. He asked us to get down. Driver name was Omprakash.
Then I booked another cab and same thing happened. Drive came and once he came to know about my location, he cancelled the trip.
I didn't had any other choice so I tried to take an auto but the auto-drivers were looking only for long rides, hence they said no to me.
In all this, the Uber and their drivers have come up with a cunning scheme where the passenger cannot see the driver name once they cancel it. Fortunately for me, I am able to see last driver name in my passengers trip.
I was so frustrated by this and not sure what to do.
Then I booked another cab and same thing happened. Drive came and once he came to know about my location, he cancelled the trip.
