Reimbursement of Money paid for Flat from SuperTech India Ltd in MCR Region

we had payed money for purchase of a flat from SuperTech India Ltd in MCR Region. The flat was supposed to be in Fable Castle Project. This was about two and half years back. the project never came up and SuperTech is now playing delaying Tactics to pay back the amount taken. We went to their head Office in NOIDA also and they assured that they will repay the money. till now no contact even after repeated requests.
